Coronavirus in Novosibirsk: summary for August 17

Another 190 cases of covid-19identified in the Novosibirsk region per day. According to the operational headquarters, as of the morning of August 17, 56,003 cases of CORONAVIRUS were registered in the region, including 4,249 children. 46,485 patients recovered (+117 per day). Nine more patients have died: men aged 57, 71, 81, 88, 89 and two men aged 64 and women aged 79 and 85. A total of 2,510 people have died from coronavirus in the region.

2,772 patients, including 47 children, were hospitalized in infectious diseases hospitals of the region with a diagnosis of COVID-19 and suspected of it. There are 195 people in intensive care units. On mechanical ventilation - 18 patients. A total of 2,290,878 coronavirus tests have been conducted in the Novosibirsk Region.
