The Ministry of Agriculture and Food held a meeting with the delegation of Zimbabwe

On May 12, negotiations were held in MINSK with a Zimbabwean delegation headed by Deputy Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries, Water Resources and Rural Development of Zimbabwe Vangelis Haritatos. From the Belarusian side, the meeting at the Ministry of Agriculture and Food was attended by Deputy Prime Minister Leonid Zayats, as well as representatives of the leading MEAT and dairy producers of Belarus. Among the issues discussed at the meeting are the organization of supplies of Belarusian food, the creation of joint ventures for the processing of powdered MILK into whole milk products, the processing of beef and poultry meat. In addition, an exhibition of food products was organized in the ministry for the foreign delegation. The working group from Zimbabwe has already visited a number of leading Belarusian enterprises, in particular, meat processing plants and the Dzerzhinsky agricultural complex.
