The company owns 120 thousand hectares of total land area, including 100 thousand hectares of agricultural land. At the same time, our holding operates in a closed technological cycle - according to the “field to counter” principle. We provide our feed mills with raw materials, receive our own hatching eggs , and produce MEAT and MILK . At the finish line – the sale of finished products – the agricultural holding also does not yield to leadership. A significant part of the products is sold in branded chain stores. The company supplies its products to other various retail outlets of the Republic of Belarus , as well as consumers of the country’s foreign market. The number of employees at OJSC "Agricultural Plant "Dzerzhinsky" is equal to the population of a small town: today it is almost 9 thousand people! While rural youth are flocking to the cities, the agricultural holding managed to prove and show people - in as many as eight districts! - the attractiveness and real advantages of the future Belarusian village.

The chairman of the Dzerzhinsky regional executive committee, Maxim Lysenko, recently named the Dzerzhinsky Agricultural Complex OJSC as the undisputed leader of the agro-industrial complex of the region and the country. At the same time, drawing attention to the achievements of the integrated agro-industrial holding in the cultivation and processing of poultry meat, as well as the contribution of the joint-stock company and, in particular, its three agricultural branches “Falko-Agro”, “Pyatigorye”, “Pravda-Agro” to the district budget.
Poultry farming remains the driving sector of the joint-stock company's economy. The agricultural complex produces 20% of all poultry products produced in the Republic of Belarus. The annual production volume is over 88 thousand tons of poultry in live weight. The production capacity of the hatcheries is 60 million eggs per year. Broilers are raised in 92 poultry houses and monoblocks with a one-time capacity of 5.6 million birds. At the same time, in terms of average daily weight gain of poultry, the agricultural complex exceeded the level of poultry farmers in the European Union.

Thanks to the introduction of advanced highly efficient technologies, the use of modern equipment and complete feed, today this figure is 61 g/day - with the safety of 96.4% of the poultry population. The company ensures its own reproduction of broiler parental forms and production of hatching eggs . Broiler meat is grown and processed here into finished products of advanced processing and semi-finished products.

The integrated agro-industrial complex is confidently expanding its diversified production. Today, the company produces feed, premixes and protein-vitamin supplements on an industrial scale, both for its own needs and for sale.
Innovations on a republican scale Recently, the Ministry of Economy announced the possibility of extending the “One District – One Project” initiative. If we take the Dzerzhinsky district, then innovative projects are implemented there every year - several at a time. As the Chairman of the Dzerzhinsky District Executive Committee, Maxim Lysenko, said, the most active and noticeable participation in the project “One District - One Project” is taken by JSC Agrokombinat Dzerzhinsky. Recently, the agricultural holding launched a new investment project for the construction of a plant for the innovative processing of non-food animal raw materials with a capacity of 80 thousand tons per year. year. The total cost of this investment project, significant for the country’s economy, is 164.5 million rubles, of which 46.9 million rubles are the agricultural complex’s own funds. Another 44.6 million are allocated by the innovation fund of the Minsk Regional Executive Committee, 13 million rubles – by the Belarusian Innovation Fund. fund and 60 million rubles - by the Development Bank of the Republic of Belarus. for the plant under construction is 2023–2025, reaching its design capacity in 2026. The second half of the volumes of raw materials will be purchased in other regions of our country. The project provides for the introduction of a technology for processing blood and feathers that is fundamentally new for Belarus.

The production of blood and feather meal is considered as an additive in the food of pets, dogs and cats. The possibility of using such FLOUR as biologically active additives in crop production is being studied.

– The largest consumers of such products will be RUSSIA and CHINA, not to mention the domestic market. Taking into account the EXPORT orientation of the innovative project, we intend to increase the production of gross output, which means receiving additional revenue and profit,” emphasizes General Director Vladimir Lukyanov, clarifying that in this way the joint-stock company will increase contributions to the budget, and new jobs will appear in the region: This high-tech processing plant will employ 124 people.

Processing of raw materials and food production required new approaches from the manufacturer, aimed at both increasing production volumes, generating additional profits, and preserving the environment.

“This plant will become a high-tech competitive unit for processing slaughterhouse waste, equipped with highly efficient energy-saving technologies for waste-free production,” emphasizes Oleg Logvinov, Deputy General Director for Veterinary and Sanitary Safety. – Using harmless methods of processing biological waste, we will obtain valuable secondary raw materials for the production of feed. The complex is building modern treatment facilities.

There was a wide public discussion of the project. It also passed all independent examinations.

Currently, access roads to the facility are already equipped. Work was completed on the installation of monolithic reinforced concrete foundations and wall structures for the reserves of treatment facilities. Preparatory work is underway for the further construction of auxiliary buildings.
Turnkey technologies It is worth noting that the new plant is significant, but not the first investment project of the agricultural holding. For many years now, OJSC Agricultural Plant Dzerzhinsky has been pursuing innovation in production, expanding its product portfolio, wisely (and constantly) investing in its own development. – A number of effective projects in various areas of agriculture have been successfully implemented. for 2018-2023 alone in fixed capital amounted to 909 million rubles,” says Vladimir Lukyanov. “So, 56 poultry houses for fattening broilers were built and put into operation in the Dzerzhinsky and Krupsky districts with a production capacity of 34 thousand tons of poultry meat per year. In the agricultural town of Chachkovo, Minsk region, there are already 25 poultry houses for maintaining broiler parent flocks, the production capacity of which is 38 million hatching eggs per year.

After the reorganization, the indicators began to improve. For 2023, profit from sales of products, goods, works, services of the affiliated enterprise amounted to 11.75 million rubles, net profit - 8.98 million rubles, return on sales - 17.3%.
Thus, the Dzerzhinsky Agricultural Plant OJSC and the Minsk Meat Processing Plant OJSC were reorganized and merged with the pig-breeding complex at the village of Danilovichi with a production capacity of 24 thousand heads per year. Taking into account the support of competent specialists in the field of pig breeding, this structural unit in a short time reached high production indicators. The presence of our own slaughterhouse and advanced meat processing workshop allowed us to produce products with the highest added value, which helped to provide both the domestic and foreign markets with competitive, profitable pig products.
