August 11, Mogilev. For the development of the region, first of all, it is necessary to withstand three main directions: investments, exports and the consumer market. This opinion was expressed by Anatoly Isachenko, chairman of the Mogilev Regional Executive Committee, during the summing up of the socio-economic development and execution of the regional budget for the first half of 2022, BelTA has learned.
"For the development of the region, it is necessary to sustain three main directions: investments, exports and the consumer market, - said Anatoly Isachenko. - We need to invest, but do it wisely in order to get a return. The country has a resource - we need to work."According to the chairman of the regional executive committee, despite the increased sanctions pressure, the situation in the region remains stable and manageable. "We managed to solve the most important task - to maintain the almost uninterrupted operation of enterprises and labor collectives. According to the results of work for January - June, four out of eight indicators were achieved in the region. These are the nominal accrued average monthly salary (113%), the total revenues to the consolidated budget of the region ( Br118.7 million), the volume of production of import-substituting goods ($440 million) and a decrease in the level of production and sales costs (minus 1.8)," the governor said.
Maintaining a stable position in the labor market. Thus, the region worked for five months with a positive financial result. Net profit amounted to Br253 million. The number of unprofitable organizations was reduced. As a result, there is an increase in budget revenues, which allows the region to fulfill all budget obligations. The social sphere and other sectors are financed systematically and in full, the allocation of funds for the construction of the most important social and infrastructure facilities continues.
Anatoly Isachenko"The situation in foreign markets has had an impact on the state of affairs in the industry," Anatoly Isachenko noted. blocking settlements with counterparties, resulting in a shortage of working capital. In the current situation, many enterprises were able to quickly reorient exports and build new supply chains. At the same time, in the same business conditions, some are trying to find a way out and are acting, while others have chosen to wait and see."
The governor drew attention to the development of the construction sector, where it is necessary to catch up with the backlog in housing commissioning, as well as to ensure the unconditional development of funds from state investment programs. "Fulfillment of the indicator of the construction industry will have a positive impact on the fulfillment of the target for investment in fixed capital," he stressed. all ongoing and planned projects, find additional sources of funding.
According to the chairman of the regional executive committee, the work is still being built on the existing resources allocated by the budget. However, it is necessary to search hard for additional resources that are really available. "One of the sources of growth in investment in fixed assets is an increase in the construction of rental housing," said Anatoly Isachenko. the volume of investments, we will secure young promising personnel at enterprises, because salary and housing are the best motivation for them."
There is also a task to increase the volume of animal husbandry and crop production with an output this year at a growth rate of approximately 105% compared to last year, because the region has everything necessary for this. The governor advised the leaders not to hide behind sanctions, which by and large play only a positive role for agriculture: produce and sell products. “There is practically no direction in agriculture that would not have profitability: for animal husbandry, MILK, it is 40%, for grain, corn - from 50% to 80%, for potatoes it does not fall below 60%. Therefore, we must strain and work ", - summed up Anatoly Isachenko.
The meeting of the regional executive committee was attended by Deputy Prime Minister Anatoly Sivak, Minister of Architecture and Construction Ruslan Parkhamovich, representatives of other relevant ministries and departments, heads of large enterprises and districts of the Mogilev region.
