In the Trans-Baikal Territory, 11 warnings have been announced for improper storage of livestock by-products since the beginning of March.

During the activities, it was established that business entities stored livestock by-products in piles, in bulk, on unequipped sites. This is a violation of the requirements of Article 18 of the Law of the Russian Federation of May 14, 1993 No. 4979-1 “On Veterinary Medicine”, Section II, paragraph 5, paragraph 6, paragraph 7, paragraph 8, paragraph 9, paragraph 10 of the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated October 31, 2022 N 1940 “On approval of requirements for the circulation of livestock by-products.” 

For violations of veterinary legislation, 11 business entities were warned against violating mandatory requirements. 

So, on March 5, SPK “Iskra”, IP Bychkov received warnings, on March 6, IP Kosareva, IP Mungalov received warnings, on March 11, SPK “Mankechursky”, IP Tyukavkin received warnings, on March 13, IP Shoyzhinov, IP Badmaev, IP Batozhargalov received warnings.
