Customs will control the cost under the new order

The Federal Customs Service has issued an order on how the customs value of goods imported into or exported from RUSSIA should be controlled. The document will enter into force 30 days after the day of its official publication.

The procedure for actions of officials of customs authorities during customs control of the customs value of goods imported into the Russian Federation or exported from the Russian Federation is established by order of the Federal Customs Service of May 21, 2021 No. 436.

it regulates, among other things, the procedure for actions to be taken when changing the information declared in the declaration in connection with a change in the customs value of the goods; in case of revealing signs of unreliable determination of the customs value.

State support system to be offered for new investment projects

On June 25, the document was officially published and should come into force on July 26.
