MILK yield from one cow for 9 months of 2023 in breeding farms of the Republic of Bashkortostan amounted to almost 7 thousand kg. This is 14% higher than for the same period in 2022.
“Both the quality and quantity of pedigree dairy cattle are growing in the republic . In 2023, the republic’s agricultural producers purchased 2.8 thousand heads of highly productive livestock with a total value of 456 million rubles,” noted Deputy Prime Minister of the Government of the Republic of Belarus - Minister of Agriculture Ilshat Fazrakhmanov. – State support for this area remains a good incentive. The purchase of breeding cattle by agricultural producers in Bashkortostan is subsidized in the amount of 50% of costs, but not more than 60 thousand rubles per HEAD. This year, the limit on funds for reimbursement of costs for these purposes in the region is more than 220 million rubles. Almost the entire amount of funds has already been delivered to farmers.”
it should be noted that in Bashkortostan there are 40.5 thousand breeding cows, which are kept in 53 breeding agricultural enterprises for dairy production, this is 10% higher than a year earlier.
