Agricultural enterprises of Kuzbass will receive almost 32 million rubles this year to resolve personnel issues

Thanks to state support, agricultural producers in Kuzbass can reimburse part of the funds spent on student internships, employee training, and research projects.
Subsidies are provided within the framework of the regional project "Personnel in the Agro-Industrial Complex" of the national project "Technological Support for Food Security".
"This year, Kuzbass farmers will receive 31.7 million rubles from the federal and regional budgets. With these funds, they can reimburse part of the costs associated with the payment of wages and accommodation of students from universities, technical schools, and colleges attracted for internships. The size of the subsidy depends on the students' field of study: 90% of costs are reimbursed for agricultural universities, 30% of costs for students of other specialties. This year, 10 Kuzbass agricultural producers have already received subsidies, attracting 156 students for internships. The total amount of reimbursed costs was 11.2 million rubles," said the Deputy Chairman of the Kuzbass Government.Minister of Agriculture and Processing Industry Andrey Aritkulov.
Thus, a student of the State Agrarian University (SAU) Ekaterina Perepechina is currently undergoing industrial training in the dairy workshop of the Mikhailovskoye farm, where she is engaged in packaging dairy products.
"The work is interesting, although not entirely simple. Any downsides are offset by the team, which happily accepted me, helps and supports me. I really like working here, I see prospects and am already thinking about further employment," Ekaterina shared her impressions.
Ivan Eleskin, a student of the Kuzbass SAU, who underwent industrial training at Vaganovo JSC, is also pleased with his work in a real production facility.
"The internship gives the student the opportunity to get acquainted with the work of a large agricultural holding, especially during the sowing and harvesting season. Students of technical fields will work either in the motor transport section, where they will get acquainted with the technology of grain transportation, or in the machine and tractor park, where in practice they can learn about the repair and maintenance of agricultural machinery," Ivan said.
Also subject to reimbursement are funds spent on tuition fees under apprenticeship contracts or targeted training contracts concluded by the enterprise. This year, four enterprises have already received a total of 771 thousand rubles in subsidies.
In addition, almost 400 thousand rubles will be used to compensate for part of the costs of incentive payments to specialists engaged in scientific research in the field of poultry genetic potential and agricultural reclamation.
Additional competitive selections for state support will be held for agricultural producers until the end of the year.
