Spring field work in the region is expected to start next week. During the sowing campaign in the fields of Kuzbass, 7,300 units of equipment and various units will work.
“The readiness of equipment for work in the fields is already 95%, by the start of work it will be provided in full. Self-propelled agricultural machinery, mounted and trailed equipment is enough to carry out agricultural work in optimal agrotechnical terms. Much attention in the off-season was paid to diagnostics and repairs, most farms purchased the necessary spare parts in the autumn-winter period. Local difficulties with the supply of the necessary components are being resolved in an operational mode and the timing of the sowing season will not interfere,” comments Andrey Aritkulov, Minister of Agriculture and Processing Industry of the region.
In addition, the active renewal of the agricultural machinery fleet, which began in the region several years ago, will continue. In general, over the past three years (2019-2021), the tractor fleet has been updated by 198 units, while the share of purchases of domestically produced machines has increased. This year, 21 tractors, 21 grain harvesters and 36 units of sowing and tillage equipment have already been purchased.
To purchase machinery, agricultural producers can take advantage of preferential loans, including a program from JSC Rosagroleasing. The loan is issued without a down payment, with a deferral of the principal debt for a year at a fixed appreciation of 3%. The term of the contract is up to 8 years. To ensure the possibility of acquiring agricultural machinery and equipment in the new economic conditions, Rosagroleasing has been allocated additional funds, now 276 million rubles are provided for Kuzbass producers under this program.
