According to Elena Fastova, First Deputy Minister of Agriculture, the current year ends with 665 billion rubles in funding for four state programs, 133 billion rubles more than originally planned. Funding for field work will be prepared in the spring, and preferential loan programs will be extended.
Experts emphasize that the planned support volumes could have a significant impact on investment activity in the agricultural sector, particularly in areas such as technological modernization, agricultural insurance, and work with small farms.
