Vologda manufacturers won a record number of awards at the “Best Product – 2024” competition

The “Best Product – 2024” competition was held in Moscow as part of the international exhibition “Prodexpo”.
“This year, manufacturers from the Vologda region received a record number of awards; such a result has never been seen in the 7 years of the region’s participation in the competition. This not only confirms the highest quality mark of our products, but also the fact that manufacturers continue to improve them and develop the industry,” said Acting Governor of the Vologda Region Georgy Filimonov.
The Grand Prix was won by the Vologda Dairy Plant for its Vologodskoye butter , and the Russian Caviar House for its classic black sturgeon caviar. The most awards were received by OJSC “Northern Milk” and IP Kislitsyna M.V. (AtAg) - 7 gold medals each.
17 enterprises from the Vologda region took part in the competition program, presenting 55 types of dairy, MEAT products, confectionery, and cereals. A total of 55 awards were received, including 50 gold medals, one silver, two bronze and two Grand Prix.
More than 200 product samples from all over the country competed for the title of best in the confectionery industry, and more than 800 samples in the dairy industry.
