Governor Roman Busargin met with the finalists and winners of the All-Russian competition for young managers “Village Leaders”. The meeting was attended by the Deputy Chairman of the Regional Government -Minister of Agriculture of the region Roman Kovalsky.
The best from the Saratov region were Rodion Vantsev (consultant of the budget department of financial management of the Khvalynsky district administration) and Alexander Smirnov (general DIRECTOR of the ANO TO "Keramika-Zolotoe" from the village of Zolotoe, Krasnoarmeisky district). In the finals, the region was also represented by Nadezhda Grinyaeva (social media consultant for the Bazarno-Karabulak district administration) and Ivan Berezin (artistic director of the branch of the Centralized Club System of the Saratov City Municipality in the village of Mikhailovka).
The guys talked about projects and plans for their further development. In particular, Alexander Smirnov is determined to make the village of Zolotoe a popular tourist destination. There already exists a community of entrepreneurs who are working on this: the Baton bakery, the Zolotoe tourist center, and Zolotoe Ceramics are open, fishing and housing rentals are thriving. A creative space is being created on the basis of the ceramic enterprise, in which creative, educational and entertainment projects will operate. The young man also noted that his company’s products are represented throughout RUSSIA and in 9 countries around the world.
“The Rural Leaders competition is of great importance for the Saratov region, because a third of citizens live in rural areas and the development of small settlements is very important. Your projects are aimed at the development and prosperity of villages. The regional government will support such ideas in every way,” noted Roman Busargin.
Applications for the All-Russian competition of young managers “Village Leaders” could be submitted by young people aged 18 to 35 years old who are engaged in the development of their settlement in various directions - from agricultural activities, culture, sports, healthcare and education to socio-political activities and municipal government. In total, 14 thousand applications were submitted from all over Russia. After processing the test results and creative tasks, 150 people reached the finals, 50 of them became winners.
