The tense situation with the CORONAVIRUS has led to the transfer of students to distance learning.

By decision of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation, university students can continue the educational process at home after the covid holidays. Distance learning starts November 8th.

“Universities and scientific organizations have the right to continue to conduct training in the form of independent work or in a remote format using remote technologies,” the ministry said.

At the same time, at the end of October, the HEAD of the department, Sergei Kravtsov, said that there were no plans to switch to a remote format.

Whether schoolchildren will study remotely is still unknown. The decision is made by the operational headquarters based on the epidemiological situation.
