January 1, MINSK. Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food Vadim Shagoiko admitted on the air of the TV channel that even the most sophisticated gourmet will find a Belarusian product to his liking, BelTA informs.

"I would like to note the effective work of farmers who grew grain, livestock and poultry, received MILK , from which a product for our consumer is obtained, in no way inferior to world brands, known for their quality, both in taste and in general, the quality of the product. We produce more than 1.8 thousand items of dairy products, more than 1 thousand items of MEAT, almost 400 types of cheese we are proud of, and we are turning into an export-oriented country, - said Vadim Shagoiko. - Any consumer, even the most sophisticated gourmet will find a product for itself."

The deputy minister admitted that he himself is a supporter of simpler food. "I like potatoes, lard. We are proud of our lard. Of course, I always buy something special for the festive table," he said.
