
The company plans to annually process 700 tons of venison with the production of up to 200 types of finished products, including delicacies, sausages , semi-finished products, offal and canned food. The new equipment in the workshop will also make it possible to produce venison using sous-vide technology, which involves cooking products in a vacuum. Currently, specialists are completing engineering work, landscaping the area, arranging equipment and preparing thermal chambers. The workshop will begin to function fully in the fall.
“On the territory of the Tazovsky district, construction on such a scale has not yet been carried out for the processing of raw materials. We are looking forward to when the workshop will be put into operation to begin processing venison and delighting the residents of the Tazovsky region and Yamal with our signature delicacies,” said Alexey Rozhkov, DIRECTOR of Tazovsky Oleni LLC.
The company plans not only to satisfy the needs of Yamal residents, but also to enter the markets of neighboring regions.
A new workshop in Yamal will be created with the support of the district. The enterprise received an interbudgetary subsidy for the implementation of its priority project.
“The industry is faced with the task of increasing the volume of production and sales of highly processed products to 2,240 tons per year. And the launch of a new workshop in Tazovsky is a big step towards achieving it,” said Andrey Rubashin, director of the district department of agro-industrial complex.
