About a ton of beef of unknown origin found in Kabardino-Balkaria

According to the data reflected in the "Mercury" component of FSIS "VetIS", the HEAD DOCTOR of the central veterinary station in the Tersky district of Kabardino-Balkaria issued accompanying certificates for 940 kilograms of chilled beef. it was established that 740 kilograms of MEAT was produced in one of the private farms in the village of Planovskoye, and 200 kilograms - in the village of Inarkoy. In both cases, there was no information about raw materials.

Information about violations in the preparation of electronic versions of accompanying documents was sent to the Republican Veterinary Administration. The chief veterinarian of the Tersk regional central veterinary station for combating animal diseases has limited access to the Mercury information system.
