According to the Civil Defense of Emergency Situations, such a flood has occurred in our region for the first time in 30 years," the HEAD of the region noted.

According to him, the most difficult situation is in the Ulyanovsk, Sengileevsky, Radishevsky, Nikolaev and Novospassky regions.
