Such excursions help attract young people to the agricultural sector.
The Association of Agricultural Producers of the Lipetsk Region holds meetings with students and schoolchildren.
Such direct contact with the agricultural sector is an important component of career guidance. This helps attract young people to the agricultural sector.
Last week, schoolchildren from the agricultural class in Dobrovsky District were shown the entire chain: from the operation of a dairy farm to the production of dairy products ready for shipment to store shelves. At one of the largest dairy farms in the region, the children saw howcalves , how cows are milked, and learned why they need chips. All processes, including the condition and HEALTH of animals, are monitored using digital technologies.
“Agricultural production is actively developing in our country. What a leap there was from the same 2000s, 90s - I was told, then, consider, nothing was adapted. And here - everything is clean, modern technologies are everywhere,” one of the schoolchildren shared his impressions.
The children were also shown how MILK is processed at one of the enterprises in the Lipetsk region. The impressions received from such excursions, as adults expect, will play a role in choosing a future profession in favor of the agricultural sector. “Our agricultural producers are ready to accept students, schoolchildren at their enterprises. They need young personnel today. Directly at the production site, the children are told how the companies work, what new technologies are used, what skills are needed for an employee of an agricultural enterprise. “We want to interest young people in working in the agro-industrial complex,” noted Olga Korvyakova, Chairperson of the Board of Directors of Agricultural Producers of the Lipetsk Region.
