Every tenth Russian entrepreneur decided to abandon the production or provision of services that require foreign components that are in short supply or missing from the market, follows from the results of a survey by the NAFI analytical center (available from RBC).
it also follows from the survey that almost half of small and medium-sized businesses in Russia (46%) manufacture products or provide services using foreign components, equipment and software.
Entrepreneurs are trying to solve problems with supply chain disruption in different ways: 25% are looking for new suppliers in Russia, 23% in friendly countries (the list of unfriendly states includes the usa , all EU countries, Australia, New Zealand and others. -).
16% of respondents believe that CHINA will be able to replenish the supply of necessary components , 4% expect to arrange supplies from Southeast Asia, 3% each - to negotiate with suppliers from India and the CIS.
According to the survey, 12% of entrepreneurs are not yet looking for new suppliers, as they expect to maintain or renew relations with current ones.
Almost a third of respondents (28%) believe that the solution of problems with supplies will take up to six months, 5% think that the process can take a year, 7% suggest that it will take more than a year to find new suppliers.
The survey was conducted in April 2022, and 500 representatives of small and medium-sized businesses from all sectors of the economy in all federal districts of Russia took part in it.
