Quail MEAT production is growing in RUSSIA, as these birds begin to lay eggs and produce meat just one and a half months after hatching. Quail meat is high in protein and low in fat, making it popular among healthy eaters.

However, the quality of compound feed often has a negative impact on the organoleptic properties of the products. A new probiotic, created on the basis of spore-forming bacteria of the genus Bacillus and protein-mineral concentrate from disinfected poultry waste, should help improve these characteristics. Usefulbacteria will suppress pathogenic microflora in the intestines of birds and restore normal digestion.

Experiments have shown that the additive improved the taste of broth and meat, without leaving any foreign smells or flavors. This solution will improve the quality of quail meat, reduce feed costs and effectively utilize poultry waste.
