Cattle futures were solid, with profitable buying noted after April livestock contracts hit a month low.
At the same time, livestock prices continue to decline, which was reflected in the cost of Choice MEAT, which fell 25 cents in price. At the same time, Select block beef increased in price by $2.28 over the week.
