PRODO Poultry Farm Permskaya JSC filed an appeal against the decision of the Arbitration Court of the Perm Territory, which refused to invalidate the non-normative act of the Federal Tax Service Inspectorate, by which the poultry farm was additionally charged and presented for payment of VAT, Kommersant newspaper writes.
