During an on-site inspection on December 29, 2025 , a significant volume of chicken manure was found stored in an inappropriate location. The necessary borders and foundations to protect groundwater from contamination were missing. In October 2024, the poultry farm submitted a notification to Rosselkhoznadzor ( Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance) classifying poultry waste as by-products of animal husbandry, which requires compliance with strict veterinary standards for its storage. The poultry farm is obligated to take measures to comply with veterinary legislation.
