Fire at Reftinskaya Poultry Farm: Major Damage, No Casualties

Seven firefighting vehicles and 21 firefighters were dispatched to extinguish the fire. The fire was contained at 12:32 AM and completely extinguished at 1:31 AM local time. Firefighters received a report of the incident at 10:04 PM. Investigators are still determining the cause of the fire, and the damage caused by the fire is still being assessed.

According to the poultry farm's press service, the building was empty because, in accordance with the farming technology, the birds had been sent to slaughter and were being disinfected at the time. The Reftinskaya poultry farm is one of the largest enterprises in its industry in the Middle Urals and was founded in 1981.
