The Novosibirsk region is modernizing its agricultural sector.

In 2025 , agricultural producers in the region purchased 908 units of modern agricultural machinery,
including 119 tractors, 67 grain harvesters, and 7 forage harvesters. Investments in new equipment exceeded 5.4 billion rubles. The equipment renewal plan was exceeded by 7.8%, demonstrating the rapid modernization of the agricultural sector.
Under the state program "Development of Agriculture and Regulation of Agricultural Produce, Raw Materials, and Food Markets in the Novosibirsk Region," agricultural producers in the Novosibirsk Region are provided with state support to partially reimburse the costs of purchasing and maintaining technical equipment and machinery for agricultural production, using funds from the regional budget.
Under this program, the Ministry of Agriculture of the Novosibirsk Region allocated over 1.3 billion rubles to agricultural producers in the region in 2025.
