The shipped products were examined for compliance with the requirements of TR TS 021/2011 "On Food Safety" and TR TS 034/2013 "On the Safety of MEAT and Meat Products" in terms of microbiological indicators: QMAFAnM, bacteria of the Escherichia coli group (ECG), Salmonella, bacteria of the genus Listeria monocytogenes, as well as steroids, antibiotics, toxic elements, pesticides and radionuclides.

Based on the results of the studies, a batch of lumpy meat semi-finished product (41.9 tons) was recognized as meeting the veterinary and sanitary requirements of the importer's country and, after veterinary certification, was shipped by the exporter to the country of destination.

In total, in 2022, according to the results of laboratory studies conducted by the Institution, 37.8 tons of meat products, more than 2.7 million chicken eggs, and over 16 tons of ice cream were exported for use in the domestic market of Mongolia.
