iso 2446-2011, the mass fraction of protein in milk according to GOST 25179, to measure the solubility of dry milk products according to GOST 8764, to determine the mass fraction of fat in cheese and cheese melts according to GOST 55063-2012, to determine the mass fraction of fat in milk fat, butter and oil paste from cow's milk according to GOST 55361-2012, as well as to determine the mass fraction of fat by GOST 31762-2012.
Rotor speed of the centrifuge CFM 1-12 is adjustable within the range of 500 to 1 500 rpm and working time is from 1 to 30 minutes. The centrifuge is equipped with a built-in heating element, due to which the temperature of test tubes and butyrometers is kept, which allows to carry out the analyses in accordance with all existing State Standards of not only dairy, but also food industry.
