The rent for retail space is a factor that largely determines the final price of the product. If there are no economy class offers in stores, then today the retailer inevitably loses to discounters in the competition.
In March, Miratorg launched the "Permanently Low Prices" campaign for the most sought-after items in the assortment: sausages, dumplings and steaks of its own production. As it turned out, it is impossible to implement the project in locations with expensive rent.
First of all, the reduction will affect Miratorg stores operating in the formats "at home" and "weekend" in Moscow and the Moscow region. At the same time, it is assumed that branded supermarkets will remain multi-format - with burgers and bakeries.
Miratorg's own distribution network is the leader in sales of products of the agro-industrial holding. In supermarkets opened in nine regions of RUSSIA, more than 500 SKUs under his brand are sold - from everyday goods to premium marbled beef steaks, and the full range of products exceeds 9,000 units.
