17.6 tons of stale meat arriving from Moscow were destroyed in Transbaikalia

The products were transported at temperatures from -2.6 to +2 °C instead of the required -18 °C. All in the container there were 17.6 tons of MEAT, of which poultry weighing 17218 kg, pork  - 447.61 kg and fish  - 12.4 kg.

Employees of the Federal State Budgetary Institution “Trans-Baikal Reference Center of Rosselkhoznadzor” conducted research and identified a discrepancy with the Technical Regulations of the Customs Union 021/2011 “On the safety of food products.” Dangerous substances were found in meatlisteria bacteria and the QMAFAnM indicator is exceeded.

An order was issued to destroy these products. The owners of the products destroyed them by burning them in a recycling furnace.
