All violations were recorded in the Cyrano early warning system. For each identified violation, companies were issued official warnings regarding the unacceptability of non-compliance with mandatory requirements.
Laboratory studies have confirmed the need for stronger quality control over food products in the region, particularly in the meat and dairy product segments, where the highest number of violations have been recorded.
