28 new cases of COVID-19 infection registered

According to the operational headquarters, out of 28 new cases, one is imported, the rest are contact cases. 14 people are hospitalized, 14 are receiving treatment at home.

In Kazan, 17 new cases were registered, four in the Pestrechinsky district of the Republic of Tatarstan, one each in Naberezhnye Chelny, Apastovsky, Bavlinsky, Bugulminsky, Buinsky, Verkhneuslonsky and Vysokogorsky regions.

In total, 408,560 people were vaccinated in Tatarstan (an increase of 7,150 per day), of which 290,123 received a second vaccination. During the week, 37,068 people were vaccinated.

In RUSSIA, 10,407 new cases of CORONAVIRUS infection have been diagnosed over the past day. The total number of cases exceeded 5.15 million. 4.7 million people recovered (plus 9814 per day), more than 124.8 thousand died (plus 399 per day).
