The U.S. COURT of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit has ruled to suspend the rule on mandatory vaccination of employees of large companies in the country against covid-19 . This is stated in the court decision, which was published on Twitter by the Attorney General of Texas.
Earlier, the Occupational Safety and HEALTH Administration (OSHA, part of the US Department of Labor) ordered all companies based in the country with a staff of more than 100 people to vaccinate their employees against CORONAVIRUS no later than January 4, 2022.

The day before, Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton appealed the decision in court. The court granted the appeal, citing "serious legislative and constitutional issues".
