International and intercity cargo transportation

Tetron company ( Russia )

Project: Platform for the organization of road transportation "Transfort".

The Tetron company has developed a single platform for organizing road transport. This solution brought together drivers, dispatchers, customers and contractors, and also automated a number of work processes. As a result, transportation quality control has improved and costs have been reduced. For example, due to digitalization, the load on dispatchers alone has decreased by 40%. Thanks to the system for monitoring the performance of work, the client saves 10%.

Refrigerated transport

Cobertura Total en Telemetría (Mexico)

Project: Cold chain control for a chain of retail stores.

The solution was created for the Mexican food manufacturer and distributor Grupo Bafar, it was supposed to solve the problem of cold chain control during delivery to retail stores. If earlier Bafar suffered losses of $200,000 per month due to food spoilage, the decision of the Wialon partner helped to reduce this amount. Already, losses have decreased by 40%, plans are to reduce them by 80%.

Public transport

Geoservice Company (Russia)

Project: Automation of the taxi fleet using telematics.

A Wialon partner has developed a solution for the Royal House company, which provides cars for rent for taxi drivers. There are more than 100 vehicles in the fleet, and many administrative operations on the vehicle were carried out manually. The chatbot (a separate development based on a telematics platform) automated the main processes: control of each car, collection of payments, payment of fines, withdrawal of salaries, and even automatic safe blocking of the engine in case of non-payment of rent. After the implementation of the solution, the client noted that the amount of fines for parking was also significantly reduced and the downtime of the car was reduced.

Agriculture

Interra Company (Russia)

Project: Digitalization of APPLE picking using telematics.

The solution from Interra made it possible to fully trace the entire process of picking apples: from sending equipment to orchards and its further tracking to the final calculation of the harvested crop. The project also introduced the printing of labels with QR codes. Each QR code stores information about the number and variety of apples that are in the box. As a result, all accounting operations accelerated, which made it possible to make more effective business decisions. The innovation was also reflected in the figures: the gross harvest increased by 25% - from 2.4 thousand to 3 thousand tons.

Stationary objects

Cobertura Total en Telemetría (Mexico)

Project: Monitoring turtle hatcheries in Mexico.

An unusual project for a government organization that deals with sustainable development issues. His goal is to prevent the extinction of the Olive Ridley Sea Turtle, to help them reproduce and survive. Previously, scientists could not control the temperature and humidity inside the incubators, and these indicators directly affect the development of eggs and the endurance of babies. The decision from Cobertura Total en Telemetría helped increase the number of baby turtles in the 2020-2021 season, as well as improve their chances of survival and reproduction in the coming years.

Construction and demolition

Montrans Company (Russia)

Project: Fuel balance control in an oilfield service company.

The Montrans solution helped solve the problem of fuel fraud by drivers in the Russian representative office of one of the largest oilfield services companies in the world. Now the company monitors the refueling of a fleet of 500 units, can compare the amount of fuel given out during refueling and got into the fuel tank, and also quickly identify the fact of third-party interference in the operation of the equipment. The result is a significant 40% savings on fuel since the implementation of the solution.

Delivery service

Inetum Company (Spain)

Project: Postal Service Fleet Management Solution.

The solution was created for the large Spanish service provider Correos, which delivers mail and parcels throughout the country and abroad. The task was to optimize the document flow, improve the tracking of parcels and control the list of other important operations. The solution must also be integrated with multiple internal and external platforms. Despite the fact that the project is still in the process of implementation (according to the plan, it will be completed in 2023), the work done is already positively affecting the company's activities - the quality of international deliveries has increased.

Fuel storage and transportation

Tracking Africa Company (South Africa)

Project: Monitoring of fuel trucks in South Africa.

The solution was implemented for a company that delivers fuel to gas stations and private customers in South Africa. The company has experienced theft and hijacking of fuel trucks (the loss of each fuel truck costs the company from $27,000 to $40,000). The solution from Tracking Africa helped to protect the fleet and transported materials from both theft and reckless driving. After the implementation of the project, it was also possible to save money on fines for speeding.

Security and protection services

Yollar Company (Azerbaijan)

Project: Video surveillance system in private schools in Azerbaijan.

Yollar was faced with the task of improving the video surveillance system in a network of private schools, supplementing it with the ability to work offline, a face recognition system, and contact monitoring. Law enforcement has been taken to a new level: walkie-talkies have been replaced with a comprehensive solution that determines the location of employees, records video, allows you to recognize faces and record the presence of a mask. The decision improved safety in schools and also helped in the fight against the spread of covid-19 .

emergency services

AVS Solutions (Colombia)

Project: Monitoring of road services in Colombia.

This is a solution for the local company Yuma, which specializes in providing road services, including accidents. AVS Solutions has greatly facilitated the work with road accidents: application users (dispatchers and drivers) see the nearest assistance groups in real time, drivers immediately inform Yuma about an accident, indicate its type, and then receive assistance as quickly as possible. There is also an economic effect: the company saves time and fuel.

Building maintenance

Company "76 Oil Tyumen" (Russia)

Project: Control of operating conditions of gas engines in Russia.

The BiotechnologiesTyumen company decided to replace the engines of its vehicle fleet with gas ones. However, they are more sensitive to overheating, and improper operation can lead to damage and burn fuel. It was necessary to create a solution that could very accurately control the temperature regime of the engines. As a result, it was possible to avoid most of the possible damage to the gas engine associated with disruption of operation. The customer saves not only on the use of gas as a fuel, but also successfully reduces repair costs.

Personal monitoring

Digital Security Company (Russia)

Project: Control of bypasses of oil fields in Russia.

For an oil company from Tatarstan, Bulgarneft, a Wialon partner, has created a full-fledged control system for bypassing oil fields. The solution reveals violations of employees during the tour, thereby motivating employees to conscientiously perform their work. As a result, labor costs for monitoring the work of employees decreased by 90%, and the number of fully completed tasks increased by 80%.

Special project

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners faced problems typical of the region: it was difficult to track shipping containers scattered across the country and plan flights, and trucks with goods were often the targets of theft. The MasterSystem Technologies solution made it possible to track all 500 containers and increased the security of the cargo. The client has also been able to reduce delay and downtime penalties by tracking containers that have been in storage for too long.

GPS Tracking Systems Company (Australia)

Project: Digitalization of hay control in Australia.

GPS Tracking Systems offered a telematics solution to a leasing company that rents expensive hay-laying equipment. The solution allows you to accurately calculate the number of collected hay bales and timely transfer this information to managers and dispatchers. This solved the problem of communication with drivers and customers and ruled out any attempts at fraud. Since the data is collected automatically, the human factor can no longer affect the accuracy of accounting.

Cloud Services Group (Egypt)

Project: Digital transformation of deliveries and fleet management.

The solution was developed for Sky Logistics, which rents construction equipment and delivers it throughout Egypt. The goal was to automate the day-to-day operations of the fleet, increase their efficiency and reduce costs. The solution halved the average time spent on delivery.
