This was stated by Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin during a meeting with the government.

“Modern technologies should simplify the procedure for making an appointment with a doctor, issuing conclusions and prescriptions. It is necessary to reduce the waiting time for an appointment with a specialist, and, of course, save the medical staff from paperwork and endless reports,” he said.

Mishustin explained that today doctors help a large number of sick people, "the number of which is increasing every day." “And now we need to make a decision to make getting help in polyclinics not only in the conditions of such serious trials, but also in ordinary life, more convenient and faster for citizens. It is important to provide an individual approach to the treatment of patients,” the prime minister added.

In addition, he proposed to transfer all types of assistance to a single standard by 2030 - to make them available through the MFC or the public services portal, as well as to reduce the time of receipt from several days to several minutes.
