The Ayutinsky Khleb enterprise announced its intention to raise prices for its products. This information was confirmed by RBC Rostov at the plant.
According to the representative of the bakery, there has been no actual increase so far. However, it is inevitable, because "it is associated with a rise in the price of raw materials by 50-200%."
“As for grains, their price is very dependent on exports and world prices. And if RUSSIA ranks first in the world in the supply of wheat, then we buy other components of bakery products from European suppliers (for example, Russian berries for filling cover only 30% of the market),” said a representative of Ayutinsky Bread.
In addition to the increased cost of ingredients, another problem, according to the editorial interlocutor, was the break in the logistics chain, which was established earlier for the supply of products.
“The question is not about the price, but the very availability of components - margarine has risen in price by 70%, and at the same time it is not in warehouses. The stabilizer and emulsifier have disappeared from the market, as even sea traffic has been suspended, ”says a plant representative.
