For the shelters of the DPR and LPR, humanitarian aid was collected by the International Charitable Foundation “Giving Hope”, but there were difficulties in transferring it. The goods are located at the bases of the Ministry of Emergency Situations in the DPR and LPR, Vladimir Burmatov, the first deputy chairman of the State Duma committee on ecology, explained to RBC: independent states, and in them the transfer of such assistance is carried out exclusively at the level of state bodies. According to him, on March 24, about 20 tons of humanitarian cargo were waiting in Moscow for their turn, and about 5 tons more in the Rostov region.
