This week, two more regions of the Central Chernozem - Belgorod and Oryol regions - decided to introduce mandatory vaccination for a number of categories of citizens. Thus, according to the decision of the operational headquarters of the Oryol region, starting from October 18, 80% of employees of enterprises, institutions and organizations working in the fields of healthcare, education, culture, public catering, transport, housing and communal services and energy, the service sector, as well as civil servants and workers sports and recreation complexes, post office, banks. The first dose of the vaccine must be received by November 15, and the second component must be received by December 7.
In the Belgorod Region, citizens aged 60 years and older, employees of the service sector, multifunctional centers, transport and energy organizations, police officers, as well as border guards, customs officers, shift workers and volunteers are subject to mandatory vaccination. They must receive the first component by November 15, the second - by December 15. The innovation does not apply to employees of medical and educational institutions.
In the Voronezh region, from October 19, mandatory vaccination was also introduced for workers in continuous and hazardous industries. The list includes 18 enterprises, including Sozvezdie Concern JSC, Voronezh Aircraft Building Association PJSC, Siemens Energy Transformers LLC, Voronezhsintezkauchuk JSC and others.
In the Tambov region, by the beginning of November, 100% of those subject to mandatory vaccination should be fully vaccinated. At the end of June, the region was obliged to vaccinate at least 60% of workers in certain categories.
The authorities of the Kursk region also increased the vaccination coverage for certain categories of citizens from 60% to 80%. Before the start of winter, “at least” 80% of the population in the Lipetsk region should be vaccinated against covid.
