MART will distribute tariff quotas for the import of certain goods from Serbia

December 27, MINSK. The Ministry of Antimonopoly Regulation and Trade will distribute tariff quotas for the import of certain goods from Serbia. This is provided for by the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of December 22, 2022 No. 906, which is officially published on, BelTA informs.

By November 30, 2023, the Ministry needs to distribute among the participants in foreign trade 100% of the volume of tariff quotas for the import in 2023 of certain types of goods from Serbia imported into the territory of Belarus and placed under the customs procedure for release for domestic consumption. it is necessary to distribute quotas on the basis of applications in the order of their receipt.

Tariff quotas have been established for certain types of cheese, spirits obtained from the distillation of grape wine or grape pomace, and cigarettes containing tobacco. The exceptions are Glarska cheese with the addition of herbs, Butterkese cheese and cheese made from sheep's or goat's MILK, produced in Serbia.

The Decree enters into force after its official publication.
