Dish of the day: raspberry parmesan cookies

@ BeltaPlus The magical aroma of raspberries can make a cold winter day truly cozy. And you don't have to wait for summer to enjoy the taste of your favorite berries. Just 20 minutes and the perfect healthy snack is ready. No SUGAR, only an unusual combination of berry and cheese flavors, as well as "pepper" for vivacity! Ingredients: 1 cup wheat FLOUR, sift;
1 cup whole grain flour;
4 teaspoons of baking powder;
1/4 teaspoon SALT;
1/4 teaspoon of pepper;
100 g of grated parmesan;
4 tablespoons unsalted butter;
1 cup raspberries (you can use fresh or frozen)
1 glass of MILK.
Cooking technique: Preheat oven to 200°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt and pepper. Add parmesan.
Grate cold butter into a bowl. Add the raspberries to the mixture and carefully pour in the milk . Mix the dough until smooth.
Dust your work surface with flour. Put dough on it. Form several cookies (size and shape are up to you).
Transfer cookies to a baking sheet and bake until golden, 12-15 minutes.
