“Cancel the state of emergency <...> introduced by the order of the Governor of the Kirov region dated October 29, 2021 No. 104 “On the introduction of the state of emergency,” the document says.

Recall that on October 29, an emergency regime was introduced in the Kirov region in accordance with the order of the governor No. 104 "On the introduction of an emergency regime."

Similar measures were introduced due to the outbreak of bird flu. On October 28, a subtype of the avian influenza virus, H5N1, was detected at the poultry farm of Zuevskoye Lubivoye LLC. After a while, over 27 thousand birds infected with the influenza virus were killed in the Zuevsky district. The authorities of the region allocated more than 3 million rubles to prevent the spread and eliminate the focus of highly pathogenic avian influenza.
