Kazakhstan began to produce more poultry meat

At the end of 2022, the volume of poultry MEAT production in all categories of farms amounted to 288.7 thousand tons, which is 5.9% more than in 2021, chicken eggs - 5.1 billion pieces, which is 4.4% higher than last year indicators.

The share of food eggs produced by poultry farms is 75.3%, in private farms - 24.6%. The supply of the domestic market was 101%.

In the first half of 2023, in all categories of farms, poultry meat production amounted to 165.2 thousand tons (+ 14.4%), chicken eggs produced about 2.4 billion pieces (-1.8%).
