The Ministry of Agriculture of the Novosibirsk Region has appointed a bonus of 200 thousand rubles for outstanding farmers in the region. The award was named in honor of Yuri Bulgakov, an honorary citizen of the Novosibirsk Region, who received numerous awards for his contribution to the development of agriculture in the Novosibirsk Region. The award will be given to farmers who have made a great contribution to the agricultural sector of the region, introduced innovative developments, and contributed to the development of rural areas, the report says.
The award will be issued by appointment from a special commission of the Ministry of Agriculture. The funds will be allocated from the regional budget allocated for the implementation of the program for the development of agriculture in the region, the ministry explained. The premium will be issued once a year, and one farmer will be able to receive it only once.
At the same time, the recipient of the award will have to meet certain criteria: for example, the agrarian must have at least 25 years of experience in the industry, of which at least 20 years in the Novosibirsk region. In addition, the recipient of the award must be the owner of awards - from the state, regional departments, and so on - for merits in the industry.
