100 thousand young animals were delivered from Yekaterinburg. Another 100 thousand chickens and hatching eggs are expected to arrive in the coming days. Let us recall that in October, a mass death of chickens due to the A(H5N1) virus occurred at a poultry farm in the Yelizovsky District, as a result of which 239 thousand birds were disposed of.

Locally produced eggs are expected to be available for sale in May, with full production expected to resume by November.
