Cherkizovo will build an industrial and logistics center near Naro-Fominsk

An industrial and logistics center of the Cherkizovo group will be built in the village of Bekasovo near Naro-Fominsk.

The other day the project was considered by the urban planning and land commission of Moscow. According to Vladimir Zhidkin, HEAD of the Department of New Territories of the Capital, PJSC Cherkizovo Group intends to invest about 200 billion rubles in a large-scale project. The implementation period of the first stage is tentatively estimated at at least four to five years.

The site of the Bekasovo industrial and logistics center with a total area of ​​2.5 million m² will house warehouse complexes, production buildings and a hotel. According to the urban zoning program, the land plot allocated to the holding is included in the boundaries of New Moscow.
