This decision was announced by Andrey Ishmametyev, General Director of Ravis - Sosnovskaya Poultry Farm, at a meeting with Oleg Ekimov, Chairman of the Federation of Trade Unions.

In early March, employees of Zorya published a collective appeal on social networks to the federal and local authorities with a request to prevent the closure of the agricultural enterprise. According to them, it was planned to liquidate it due to the unprofitability of the dairy business. In 2021-2022, the agricultural holding has already reduced the dairy herd on other farms by 3.7 thousand heads, they specified.

At the same time, the chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia, Alexander Bastrykin, instructed the head of the department for the Chelyabinsk region, Pyotr Reshetnikov, to check the information about the liquidation of Zarya.

The general director of the agricultural holding, in turn, informed the local media that this was not about liquidation, but about the development of an “action plan” to bring the unprofitable direction to profitable work. According to Ishmametiev, Zarya generates a crop production profit of 50 million rubles. per year, and for dairy farming - a "chronic loss" of 40 million rubles.

In some cases, the issue of employment of employees at the main site - the poultry farm "Ravis" and in subsidiaries will be resolved.
