The Bashkirskaya poultry farm plans to return to full egg production by 2026.

According to the republic's Ministry of Agriculture, the factory plans to increase production to more than 800 million eggs this year, 250 million more than the 2025 target. Production recovery was slowed by a lawsuit against the government of the Republic of Bashkortostan seeking 700 million rubles in compensation for losses from the destruction of more than 3 million chickens and 18 million eggs due to an outbreak of highly pathogenic avian influenza in August 2023. However, the company subsequently withdrew its claims.
