July 31, Gomel. In the Rechitsa district, a man drowned in an artificial reservoir, BelTA reports with reference to the Gomel regional organization OSVOD.

Divers of the Rechitsa rescue station OSVOD raised the body of the drowned man from the water.

As lifeguards on the waters explained, most drownings are associated with a violation of personal safety measures. They recalled thatalcohol gives self-confidence and dulls the instinct of self-preservation, and urged to take care of yourself and your loved ones.
