Minsk . The Ministry of Education is organizing legal monitoring of Resolution No. 487 of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of
Belarus dated June 27, 2017, "On the comprehensive rehabilitation of minors whose consumption of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, their analogues, toxic or other intoxicating substances, or the consumption of alcoholic, low-alcohol beverages, or beer is established in accordance with legislation." All interested parties may provide information and suggestions regarding the relevance of the provisions of the resolution, the presence of outdated and ineffective provisions, gaps, conflicts and other legal uncertainties, internal contradictions in the resolution, the presence (absence) of uniform practice for its application, the positive and negative consequences of the issuance and application of the resolution, as well as the presence of cases of violation of the provisions of the resolution, the number and content of appeals related to the application of the resolution, the need to adjust the resolution (if possible, with specific proposals and / or wording and their justification, including financial and economic ones).

Legal monitoring is carried out in accordance with Article 75 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus No. 130-Z of July 17, 2018, "On Regulatory Legal Acts," with the instructions on the procedure for conducting legal monitoring approved by Resolution No. 65 of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 30, 2019, and with the instructions of the Commission on Minors' Affairs under the Council of Ministers. The purpose of the monitoring is to update the provisions of the resolution, taking into account the practice of its application.
