MINSK . The Ministry of Antimonopoly Regulation and Trade has determined a list of alcoholic beverages for which the state will not have exclusive
import rights in 2026. This is stipulated by MART Resolution No. 75 of December 3, 2025, the MART press service told BelTA. MART annually determines the list of imported alcoholic beverages for which the state will not have exclusive import rights. Such decisions are made to ensure the domestic market has high-quality imported alcoholic beverages.
The resolution defines the list of alcoholic beverages that legal entities may freely import into Belarus in 2026. However, importing into
Belarus Only legal entities with an authorized capital of at least 24,000 basic units are entitled to import
ALCOHOL included in the list. The list includes champagne from France (22 types), all grape wines priced over 13 euros per liter, cognac from Armenia (8 types), Moldova (7 types), France (37 types), whiskey from
the UK (64 types), Ireland (6 types),
CANADA (1 type),
the usa (4 types), rum from the Bahamas, Bermuda, the USA (1 type), the UK (2 types), Venezuela (1 type), Guyana (1 type), Cuba (10 types), Trinidad and Tobago (4 types), and gin from the USA (1 type).
The resolution comes into force on January 1, 2026.
