Tourists who arrive in the Krasnodar Territory in August without a vaccination certificate or a certificate of first injection and do not get vaccinated on the spot within three days may face a fine of 30,000 rubles, the regional administration said.

A fine may be imposed in accordance with Art. 20.6.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses - failure to comply with the rules of conduct in an emergency or the threat of its occurrence. This article was introduced into Russian law in April 2020 in connection with the introduction of restrictions due to covid-19 and the establishment of a high alert regime in the regions. Punishment in the form of a fine of 30 thousand rubles. - this is the maximum amount of a fine for an individual under part 1 of this article. If the violation caused harm to HEALTH or property, then the amount of the fine rises to 50 thousand rubles.
